Progress. From the very beginning.
Artur Bayerlein founded 3D BAYERLEIN GmbH in 2005 with this slogan.
This guiding principle has now become the company's mission. Through continuous growth, ongoing investment, and the highest product quality, the company has matured into a full-service provider in tool and mold making.
From design and development to assembly and testing of the finished tool, we handle all work steps. Our 12 highly motivated and qualified employees enable us to master every challenge.
Our aim is: "To satisfy every customer and have a solution for every requirement".
History
1997
Registration of a secondary business offering CNC contract programming services for milling machines.
1998
Expansion of services to include 3D design for tool and mold making.
2002
Entry into complete independence through the service of 3D design of printing, pressing and injection molding tools and the creation of NC programs for milling machines.
2005
Relocation to a building with an adjacent production hall and simultaneous expansion of services to include 5-axis HSC contract manufacturing.
2008
Artur Bayerlein founded 3D-Konstruktion Bayerlein GmbH. Construction of a new, in-house design office with a production hall.
2017
Introduction of a quality management system and simultaneous certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
2017
Expansion of the management team. The two sons, Matthias and Jonas Bayerlein, are appointed as managing directors. This lays the foundation for the company's second-generation takeover.

3D-Konstruktion Bayerlein GmbH is now 3D BAYERLEIN GmbH. For a long time now, the company has consisted of more than just "design"; it offers a complete range of manufacturing solutions.

3D BAYERLEIN GmbH currently employs 12 people.This owner-managed family business, based in Abenberg, stands for precise, high-quality, and well-engineered manufacturing solutions. From new product development and the further development of existing assemblies to project-related support, we see ourselves as a reliable partner to our customers.
