Milling machines
5-axis HSC milling machine Traverse paths: 955 x 625 x 400 mm Max. workpiece mass: 250 kg The Exeron HSC MP9, together with our fully air-conditioned production hall, enables us to produce high-precision contours and perfect component quality. The connection to the electrode and pallet changing system "Erowa Robot Multi" makes us perfect for medium series production. The tool storage with up to 210 tool positions additionally enables the automation of the machine.
5-axis HSC milling machine Traverse paths: 730 x 250 x 400 mm Max. workpiece mass: 60 kg Due to the integrated suction system and our self-designed cleaning tool, the machine is perfectly suited for graphite machining. Due to the large tool changer, the machine is very suitable for small batch production.

Die-sinking EDM machine Traverse paths: 350 x 270 x 270 mm Max. electrode mass: 25 kg Max. workpiece mass: 500 kg Our self-developed "BM Tool" makes life much easier for us during die-sinking EDM.
Start hole EDM machine Traverse paths: 350 x 250 mm Max. workpiece height: 180 mm Electrode diameter: Ø 0,20 - 2,90 mm The start hole EDM is NC controlled, which minimizes the error rate considerably.

Laser marking system

Measuring machine Traverse paths: 500 x 400 x 300 mm In order to guarantee quality we have to measure it. By means of a self-developed measuring program we are able to measure our components automatically.
